Bridging the Gap Between Learning and the Workplace

Many learners successfully complete theoretical and practical components of their studies but experience difficulty finding an appropriate workplace where they can complete the required workplace experience.

The Learner Workplace Centre helps bridge this gap by providing and facilitating structured workplace experience opportunities where learners can apply their knowledge within a real or simulated workplace environment, where appropriate to the programme requirements.

Our focus is not simply on completing hours. We aim to provide learners with meaningful exposure to the activities, responsibilities, processes and professional standards expected within the Learning and Development environment.
